Santosh Patnaik is a ROES with Organizational Excellence Specialists. He is a strategy and organizational excellence consultant that has accumulated hands-on experience since 2004.
His role has focused on driving enterprise-wide business improvement through excellence, operations transformation, innovation management, business controls and continuous improvement initiatives. In doing so, he helps organizations to achieve their vision, sustain performance and integrate people, process and systems and draws on various tools and techniques such as strategic analysis, performance management, business analytics and lean principles.
Santosh has earned several degrees and designations including a Bachelor in Engineering, Masters in Project Management, International Masters of Business Administration, Certified Balanced Scorecard Professional and Certified Cost Professional.
